OMELETTE WITH MUSHROOMS
This vegan omelette was the favorite breakfast of my children. And that it is still, although they all are grownups.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 omelette)
- 80 g flour
- 150 ml soy milk without sugar
- a little bit sparkling mineral water
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- 50 g mushrooms ( chantarelle, king oister mushrooms, yellow boletus or what ever you want)
- 2 tablespoons oil
PREPARATION
- Mix flour with soy milk
- Flavor with salt, papper and garlic powder
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them in little pieces
- Heat the oil in a frying pan
- Roast the mushrooms for 5 minutes
- Pour the dough over the mushrooms
- Fry it for 5 minutes on medium temperature
- Turn the omelette
- it for another 5 minutes
- Serve it
TIP: in addition to mushrooms you can take smoked tofu ( fry with mushrooms) or you replace the mushrooms by the tofu. Or you take vegetables of your choice, capture, olives, onion….your imagination has no limit 🙂
