VANILLA FLAN
For this vegan flan you dont need eggs 🙂
INGREDIENTS (for 4 portions)
- mark of ½ vanilla bean
- dash saffron threads
- 2 teaspoons agar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 500 ml rice milk
PREPARATION
- Rinse 4 pudding molds out with cold water
- Mix the mark of the vanilla bean in a little pot with all dry ingredients
- First pour a little rice milk
- Bit by bit stir in the other rice milk
- Bring it to boil and let it simmer for 1 minute
- Pour into the molds
- Refrigerate for 3 hours
- Enjoy!
