PEARS LINGONBERRY STRUDEL and KIWI STRAWBERRY STRUDEL
Two vegan strudel recipes which will surprice your taste buds with every single bit….it is hard to decide which one to eat first.
INGREDIENTS
for the pears lingonberry strudel
- 5 sheets vegan filo dough
- 3 pears
- ½ glas of lingonberry jam
- molten vegan butter
for the kiwi strawberry strudel
- 5 sheets vegan filo dough
- 3 large kiwis
- ½ glas of strawberry jam
- molten vegan butter
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
- Put a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray
- Pears lingonberry strudel

- Put it cautiously on the baking tray.
- Bake both strudels for 20-25 minutes
