INGREDIENTS

• 4-5 handfull untreated rose petals
• 1000 ml water
• 1000 g birch sugar
• 1 teaspoon citric acid

PREPARATION

• Souse the rose petals with boiling water
• Let it come to a boil
• Remove from the oven
• Let it rest COVERED for 15 minutes
• Strain it
• Reduce the stock with sugar and citric acid
• Fill the syrup hot in sterile glass bottles and close immediately

Store darkly and cool

This syrup is very sweet, so be careful with the mixing ratio !!!
