BEETROOT CHIPS
These vegan chips taste everybody, even children 🙂
INGREDIENTS
- 1 beetroot
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 160° C
- Put a sheet of bakingpaper on a baking tray
- Peel the beetroot and cut it with a mandolin slicer in thin slices
- Mix the slices with oil in a bowl
- Put them side by side on the baking tray
- Bake for 40-45 minutes (they must by relativly soft, after cooling down they will become firm)
- Took them out of the oven
- Let them cool down
- Mix them with salt
- Enjoy!
TIP: when you peel and cut the beetroot you should wear disposable gloves. The beetroot stains very intense.
