CHOCOLATE CINNAMON MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS ( for 8 pcs )
- 100 g flour
- 65 g sugar
- 20 g cocoa
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 – 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- a little vanilla flavour
- ¾ tablespoon vinegar
- 40 ml sunflower oil
- 150 ml sparkling mineral water
- a little powdered sugar and cinnamon for decoration
PREPARATION
step 1
- preheat the oven to 180 ° Celsius
step 2
- mix all dry ingredients together ( dough )
- pour the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture little by little
step 3
- fill 8 muffin tins with dough
- bake it for 25 minutes ( test for doneness with a toothpick )
step 4
- let them cool down
step 5
- sprinkl powdered sugar and cinnamon over the muffins
