COLD STIRRED LINGONBERRIES
A little bit time-consuming but it is worth cause it’s really very delicious.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 jars a 350 ml)
- 1000 g fresh lingonberries
- 700 g fine crystal sugar
PREPARATION
- Wash the lingonberries
- Drain them on a paper towel
- Mix the lingonberries with the sugar VERY SLOWLY in your kitchen machine
MAYBE IT TAKES 2 HOURS
- Pour it in the jars
- Close the jars
- Keep it in the refrigerator
PERMANENCY: 6 month in the refrigerator
