HAZELNUT CAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 275 g flour
- 180 g brown sugar
- 200 g grated hazelnut
- 17g Weinstein baking powder ( cream of tartar or any other vegan baking powder )
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 250 ml vegetable milk ( optimal: hazelnut milk )
- 120 ml sunflower oil
- 100 ml sparkling mineral water
PREPARATION
step 1
- preheat the oven to 200 ° Celsius
step 2
- mix all dry ingredients together
step 3
- pour the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture little by little
step 4
- pour dough into a cake tin
step 5
- bake it for 35 minutes ( test for doneness with a toothpick )
- let it totally cool down inside the cake tin
