HAZELNUT STRUDEL
A real little vegan speciality, the dense filling melts on the tongue.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 packet vegan puff pastry
for the filling
- 200 g grated hazelnuts
- 70g birch sugar
- Dash cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons rice hazelnut milk
- 1 tablespoon rum
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 200° C
- Put a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray
- Mix all ingredients for the filling
- Roll out the puff patry
- Spread it with the filling mass
- Form a strudel
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Let the strudel cool down complitly
- Cut and enjoy
