MOROCCAN COCO BALLS
This vegan delicacy impresses with its taste. An ideal gift or you enjoy it yourself
INGREDIENTS (for 14 balls )
- 220 g dripped off chickpeas ( can or glass )
- 3 tablespoons agave syrup
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- ½ teaspoon grounded cardamom
- abrasion of an orange
PREPARATION
- Puree chickpeas and agave syrup with a hand blender
- Intermix 50 g desiccated coconut, cardamom and half of the orange abrasion ( with a spoon )
- Mix remaining coconut and the left orange abrasion in a soup plat
- Form 14 balls
- Roll in the coconut flakes
- Put each ball in a paper case
