INGREDIENTS (for 14 balls )

• 220 g dripped off chickpeas ( can or glass )
• 3 tablespoons agave syrup
• 100 g desiccated coconut
• ½ teaspoon grounded cardamom
• abrasion of an orange

PREPARATION

• Puree chickpeas and agave syrup with a hand blender
• Intermix 50 g desiccated coconut, cardamom and half of the orange abrasion ( with a spoon )
• Mix remaining coconut and the left orange abrasion in a soup plat
• Form 14 balls
• Roll in the coconut flakes
• Put each ball in a paper case
