LAVENDER PEACH JAM
This vegan jam is a special blend of fruit and flower
INGREDIENTS
- 1000 g peaches
- 6 teaspoons lavender flowers ( fresh or dried )
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 500 g sugar
- 1 sachet gelling aid
PREPARATION
- Wash and pit the peaches
- Dice the peaches
- Wash lavender flowers, remove from stem and chop
- Put peaches, juice and lavender in a large pot
- Mix Sugar with gelling aid
- Stir with the fruit mass
- Bring it (while stiring ) to boil
- Let it boil bubbly for at least 3-4 minutes ( continue stiring )
- Fill the jam hot in sterile jam glasses and close immediately
- Turn immediately
- After 5 minutes turn again and let it completely cool down
Store the jam darkly and cool
Keep open glasses in the refrigerator and consume within 2 weeks
