QUICK ORANGE LOAF/ QUICK ORANGE PIE
INGREDIENTS
- 250 g flour
- 130 g brown sugar
- 17 g Weinstein baking powder ( cream of tartar or any other vegan baking powder )
- the peel of one orange ( organic )
- 100 ml sunflower oil
- 200 ml orange juice ( freshly pressed )
- 150 ml sparkling mineral water
PREPARATION
step 1
- preheat the oven to 180 ° Celsius
- oil a rectangular cake tin
step 2
- mix all dry ingredients together
- mix all liquid ingredients together
- pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture little by little
step 3
- pour dough into the cake tin
- bake it for 40 minutes ( test for doneness with a toothpick )
step 4
- let it totally cool down inside the cake tin
