RUM TRUFFLES
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 ml sesame oil
- 125 g grated almond
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 50 g powdered sugar
PREPERATION
step 1
- melt the chocolate in a water bath
- add the other ingredients in it and as long stir until the mass is homogenous
step 3
- cool it not less than 1 hour
step 4
- form small balls
- roll them in coconut flakes or cocoa
