SEMOLINA GROATS
Traditional dessert from the oven…..vegan made easily
INGREDIENTS (for 3-4 portions)
- 180 g semolina
- 1000 ml soy milk
- 180 g vegan butter
- 60 g brown sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
optional:
- raisins
- powdered sugar
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 170° C
- Infuse the semolina with a little bit milk and let it swell for 30 minutes
- Then bring the remaining milk to boil
- Add semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter
- Concentrate the mass at low temperature , stirring constantly
- Grease a cassarole dish
- Fill in semolina mass
- Bake until it is golden brown, repeatedly turn and stir
optional: stir in raisins
optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar
Serve with compote!
