SPIDERMAN CAKE #2 ( hazelnut – chocolate )
The combination of hazelnuts and chocolate makes this vegan cake something special
INGREDIENTS
- 300 g spelt flour wholemeal
- 180 g brown sugar
- 60 g cacao
- 200 grated hazelnuts
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
- Dash salt
- 1 ½ tablespoons vinegar
- 70 ml sunflower oil
- 250 ml acidulated water
- 175 ml chocolate soy milk
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180° C
- Mix all liqiud ingredients
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Stir liquid mixture in
- Pour dough in the baking form
- Bake for 35-40 minutes ( test for doneness with a toothpick )
- Let it cool down in the baking form
- Put out of the form
- Enjoy or process continue to a spiderman cake ( instruction on demand )
