„CHICKEN“ PASTA A LA KRISTINA
This vegan dish was created by my daughter. It goes fast, is cheap and tastes delicious.
INGREDIENTS (for 2-3 portions)
- 250 g pasta
- 1 can Vegetarian Mock Chicken (picture on the end of the recipe)
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 200 g vegan cream (picture on the end of the recipe)
- a little bit soy milk ( or any other vegetable milk)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Powdered kummel
PREPARATION
- Cook the pasta, strain it and put aside
- Peel the onion, cut in half and then in strips
- Strain the Mock Chicken and (if necessary) cut in pieces
- Cut the zucchini by dint of a vegetable peeler into noodles
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Brown the onion, zucchini, salt, pepper and kummel lightly
- Add cream and milk
- Stir till smooth
- Enclose chicken and pasta
- Enjoy!
