LEMON-KISSES
INGREDIENTS (about 30 pcs)
for the dough:
- 180 g vegan butter
- 30 g powdered sugar
- caviar from two vanilla pods
- 150 g flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
for the filling:
- 60 g vegan butter
- 125 g powdered sugar
- juice and zest from ½ lemon
optional:
- powered sugar for dusting
PREPARATION
step 1
- preheat the oven to 160 ° Celsius
- put a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray
step 2
- for the dough mix butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy
- mix flour and cornstarch, sift it and stir in
step 3
- fill the dough in a pastry bag with a star nozzle
- evenly press about 60 small heaps out onto the baking tray
- bake it for 8-10 minutes
- let them totally cool down

- mix all ingredients for the filling untill fluffy
- turn around the half of the pastry and press the cream with a pastry bag onto it
- put the respective counterparts on them
- cool down for 20 minutes
