Today I celebrated my birthday ( which is on coming wednesday) with my family and got this vegan birthday cake from my younger daughter.
This recipe is one of the basics in the vegan kitchen. It is easy and quick made and is a good basis for dressings or for a tatar sauce.

I saw this recipe in a cooking show on tv and had to try it out … of course vegan.

I found this recipe in the book EAT & RUN ( My Unlikely Journey to Ultramarathon Greatness) written by SCOTT JUREK. I took the original recipe and changed it for my taste. I highly recommend this cheese- you will love it like I do, I promise.
This vegan dish is easy and quick made. It is satiably. You can cook it for breakfast, brunch, main dish or snack. And even unpracticed persons will manage it 🙂
The vegan variation, tasts almost identical….but therefor no fish has to die 🙂
