For this vegan flan you dont need eggs 🙂

INGREDIENTS (for 4 portions)

• mark of ½ vanilla bean
• dash saffron threads
• 2 teaspoons agar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 500 ml rice milk

PREPARATION

• Rinse 4 pudding molds out with cold water
• Mix the mark of the vanilla bean in a little pot with all dry ingredients
• First pour a little rice milk
• Bit by bit stir in the other rice milk
• Bring it to boil and let it simmer for 1 minute
• Pour into the molds
• Refrigerate for 3 hours
• Enjoy!
