QUINOA GRANOLA WITH RASPBERRIES
INGREDIENTS ( for 8 small or 4 large glasses )
for granola:
- 300 g white or red quinoa ( unboiled )
- 135 g oat flakes
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 60 ml agave syrup
- 2 teaspoons rape oil
additional:
- soy yoghurt
- raspberries ( fresh or deep frozen )
PREPARATION
step 1
- preheat the oven to 180 ° Celsius
- put a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray
step 2
- mix all ingredienst for the granola
step 3
- apply the mixture on the baking paper
- bake for 15 minutes ( golden brown )
step 4
- let it cool down completly
- break into pieces
step 5
- stack alternatly yoghurt, raspberries and granola into the glasses
- serve
TIP: rest of granola keeps in a glass for 2 weeks ( tightly closed )
