INGREDIENTS ( for 12 pcs)

• 250 g grounded almonds
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 90 g linseeds
• 6 tablespoons Agave syrup
• 2 tablespoons rape oil
• some drops almond extract
• 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
• dash salt
• 4-5 tablespoons water

PREPARATION

• Preheat the oven to 180° C
• Put a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray
• Mix almonds, baking soda and linseeds
• Mix all other ingredients into
• Form the dough to 12 balls
• Put the balls on the baking tray
• Push in the balls in the middle
• Bake them for 10 minutes
• Let them cool down
• Enjoy!
