HERBAL DUMPLINGS
Vegan, fast, simple and cost-effective … and it tastes great 🙂
INGREDIENTS (for 2-3 portions)
- 250 g spelt flour wholemeal
- 220 g water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- herbal salt
- 50 g minced leek
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 5-7 tablespoons minced culinary herbs
PREPARATION
- Prepare a dumpling dough out of flour, water, oil and herbal salt
- Let it rest for at least 15 minutes
- Form little dumplings with the help of a teaspoon
- Cook the dumplings in salted water
- Strain and quench them
- Stew the leek with water and oil
- Add culinary herbs
- Toss the dumplings in the herbs-leek mixture
- If necessary add herbal salt
- Enjoy with salat!
