INGREDIENTS ( for 8 small or 4 large glasses )

for granola:

• 300 g white or red quinoa ( unboiled )
• 135 g oat flakes
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 2 tablespoons flax seeds
• 40 g sunflower seeds
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• 60 ml agave syrup
• 2 teaspoons rape oil

additional:

• soy yoghurt
• raspberries ( fresh or deep frozen )

PREPARATION

step 1

• preheat the oven to 180 ° Celsius
• put a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray

step 2

• mix all ingredienst for the granola

step 3

• apply the mixture on the baking paper
• bake for 15 minutes ( golden brown )

step 4

• let it cool down completly
• break into pieces

step 5

• stack alternatly yoghurt, raspberries and granola into the glasses
• serve

TIP: rest of granola keeps in a glass for 2 weeks ( tightly closed )
