SMOKED „SALMON“
This vegan version tastes amazing real 🙂
INGREDIENTS
- 2 -3 carrots
- 3 tb linseed oil
- 2 tb vinegar
- 1 tb liquid smoke
- 1 tb salt
- 2 sheets of nori
PREPARATION
- Wash and clean the carrots and cut them in fine stripes ( use a vegetable peeler)
- Bring water to boil in a pot
- Boil the carrot stripes for 5 minutes, strain it and let it cool down for a few minutes
- Tear the sheets of nori in small pieces and put it together with the remaining ingredients into a small jar with spiral tap.
- Add the carrots
- Close the jar
- Put it into the fridge
- Let soak well for 2 -3 days
- Enjoy ( for example with horseradish cream )
