NOISETTE CHOCOLATE
This vegan delicacy is somewhat more expensive (cocoa butter has its price), but it is worth it alone because of the taste 🙂
INGREDIENTS ( for 2 thin chocolate bars)
- 60 g cocoa butter finely chopped
- 40 g cocoa
- dash salt
- 35 g raw cane sugar
- a handful minced hazel-nuts
- a handful raisins
PREPARATION
- Melt the cocoa butter in a water bath
- Mix cocoa, salt and sugar in a bowl
- Add the melted cocoa butter
- Stir with a wire whisk until smooth.
- Add nuts and raisins and stir again
- Pour it in 2 chocolate bar moulds
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Take the chocolate out of the forms
- Enjoy!
