Two vegan strudel recipes which will surprice your taste buds with every single bit….it is hard to decide which one to eat first.

INGREDIENTS

for the pears lingonberry strudel

• 5 sheets vegan filo dough
• 3 pears
• ½ glas of lingonberry jam
• molten vegan butter

for the kiwi strawberry strudel

• 5 sheets vegan filo dough
• 3 large kiwis
• ½ glas of strawberry jam
• molten vegan butter

PREPARATION

• Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
• Put a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray

• Bake both strudels for 20-25 minutes
• Let them cool down.
