INGREDIENTS ( for 8 pcs )

• 100 g flour
• 65 g sugar
• 20 g cocoa
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 2 – 3 teaspoons cinnamon
• a little vanilla flavour
• ¾ tablespoon vinegar
• 40 ml sunflower oil
• 150 ml sparkling mineral water
• a little powdered sugar and cinnamon for decoration

PREPARATION

step 1

• preheat the oven to 180 ° Celsius

step 2

• mix all dry ingredients together ( dough )
• pour the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture little by little

step 3

• fill 8 muffin tins with dough
• bake it for 25 minutes ( test for doneness with a toothpick )

step 4

• let them cool down

step 5

• sprinkl powdered sugar and cinnamon over the muffins
