ORANGE JELLY
This vegan jelly is so tasty and definitely worth a little sin 🙂
INGREDIENTS (for 4-5 jars)
- 900 ml/ 3.8 cups orange juice (freshly pressed or from a box)
- 750 mg / 11.6 gr gelling sugar (2:1)
- 1 fresh rosemary branch
- 2 cl rum
PREPARATION
- Put the orange juice, gelling sugar and rosemary into a pot
- cook it at a rapid boil for 5-7 minutes
- test for a setting point
- remove rosemary branch
- fill it into jars right away, close them and let them cool off
