STRAWBERRY JAM WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE
This vegan sensation captivates with the combination of fruits and chocolate
INGREDIENTS (for 5 glasses a 200 ml)
- 1000 g strawberries
- 60 g vegan white chocolate ( I used rice milk chocolate)
- 500 g jam sugar ( 2:1 )
- juice of 1-2 lemons
PREPARATION
- Wash and clean the strawberries
- Cut them in little pieces
- Put strawberries with sugar and juice in a large pot
- Bring to boil while stiring
- Let it boil bubbly for 7 minutes
- Chop the chocolate finely
- Remove the pot from the oven
- Stir in the chocolate
- Fill the jam hot in sterile jam glasses and close immediately
- Turn immediately
- After 5 minutes turn again and let it completely cool down
Store the jam darkly and cool
Keep open glasses in the refrigerator and consume within 2 weeks
