Vegan, fast, simple and cost-effective … and it tastes great 🙂

INGREDIENTS (for 2-3 portions)

• 250 g spelt flour wholemeal
• 220 g water
• 2 tablespoons oil
• herbal salt
• 50 g minced leek
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 tablespoon water
• 5-7 tablespoons minced culinary herbs

PREPARATION

• Prepare a dumpling dough out of flour, water, oil and herbal salt
• Let it rest for at least 15 minutes
• Form little dumplings with the help of a teaspoon
• Cook the dumplings in salted water
• Strain and quench them
• Stew the leek with water and oil
• Add culinary herbs
• Toss the dumplings in the herbs-leek mixture
• If necessary add herbal salt
• Enjoy with salat!
