FRIED ZUCCHINI PATTY
This vegan delicacy is a very tasty variety to fried potato patty. I found the recipe in the book „ Lupinen-Power“ written by Elisa Epping.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 portions)
- 150 g zucchini
- 50 g lupine flour
- 15 g guar flour
- herbal salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 200° C
- Put a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray
- Rub the zucchini with the peel by dint of a kitchen grater
- Mix all ingredients with the grated zucchini
- Form little flat cakes on the baking paper
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Turn around and bake for another 15 minutes
- Enjoy!
